Fickle, what on earth is that in your reflection/illusion shot? I can't work it out :S

Not gonna bother voting since there's only 2 to choose from (can't vote for myself) but I like them all, socalmx's wildlife shot especially.

Props to Fickle & socalmx for getting shots up & goblin for organising.. this was a bit of a flop sad.gif

haha it's kind of like an inner tube that sits I think seven people, and each one has a cup holder. It's for the beach or a really big pool.

Dam I want a camera like yours Bracket. how much did you spend? really like your social portrait.

Haha thanks, but you don't need to spend much at all tongue.gif

The constructed one was taken with a Canon EOS 450D, which was around $1700 AUD with the twin lens kit when I bought it.

All the rest were taken with a Canon Rebel X (EOS 500 without no built-in flash) which I bought on eBay for $25 AUD. It's a demo model that was reconditioned by Canon, then sat in some guy's cupboard for 10-15 years. It's a fucking beautiful camera, and I much prefer it to the digital... the only problem is I spend $25-75 a week on film & development sad.gif

Dam that sucks, but it's what happens when digital takes over. Film and developer is so expensive. and I wanted to buy a holga =/

Film isn't that expensive for black and white - I tend to get a couple of hundred rolls a year and dev myself - though for colour I've gone mainly digital - the film price isn't that bad for colour - but the price of developing film here in nz is just stupid - 15-25 bucks a roll from decent shops.

Thanks socalmx, glad you're enjoying them. I'm hoping to make a career from photographer sooner or later, so comments like that are quite encouraging smile.gif

I have both, in fact, and they're in my sig tongue.gif

Flickr is at http://www.flickr.com/photos/bearsfromspace/

I've recently started making use of my photojournal on tumblr, at http://bearsfromspace.com/. Still building a folio to go along with it, but that's where I'm putting most of my new stuff now.
