About our stencils
Our stencils are made to order with just a 1 business day production time. This means after you order your stencil, we’ll have it in the mail within 24 hours (Mon-Sat). We cut all stencils in the USA right out of our shop, based out of Florida. The material we use is mylar, an extremely durable plastic that is washable and will last for hundreds of uses if kept clean. For cutting our weapon of choice is a c02 laser cutting machine. Combine this with our roots in stencils that trace back to 2002 and you have some of the most precision cut stencils around.
The stencil of the world map has become very popular for reclaimed wood and other projects in the home. The larger world map is perfect for walls where some people like to add markers for places they’ve been. Or you can create smaller crafts like a notebook or pillow and the stencil will turn it from something simple to a great craft. This is probably our most versatile stencil in the shop. It can be used to create art that anybody can recognize and related to.
Detailed Map of the World
Customers love our world map graphic since it’s incredibly detailed. Using our proprietary laser settings we’re able to get an incredibly tiny cut that allows us to create all the details of the world map perfectly. Other designs you’ll find are much simpler since achieving this level of detail isn’t possible with most laser setups.
We use only official Mylar in 10 mil thick for our stencils. While the industry standard is a thinner more flimsy material we only use the good stuff. We want our customers to get years of use out of their stencils. We never cut corners on our material that is sourced in the U.S. and it’s even food safe so you can use the world map stencil for baking if you like. We’ve seen several examples of it being used on a cake, great for someone who loves traveling.
