North Carolina State Flag Stencil
North Carolina is one of the most beautiful southeastern states there is, and its flag is beautiful too. The flag has two horizontal stripes, one red and one white, and a blue stripe down the left side, inside of which are the letters N and C with a white star between them. Above the NC is a scroll with the date May 20th 1775, the date of the Mecklenburg Declaration of Independence, and below is another scroll with the date April 12 1776, the date of the Halifax Resolves.
With such meaning, we knew it was important to capture the true essence of this flag in our North Carolina State Flag stencil. And that's just what we did, which means you can also capture it in your DIY art and decor. Just imagine painting this beautiful stencil design on a wall in a government office or on the window of a tourist shop. Imagine making t-shirts you and your loved ones can wear with pride. Imagine icing a cake to look like the North Carolina flag using this food-grade stencil. Imagine combining it with our North Carolina State stencil.
No matter what you want to do with this stencil, you will need two things. First, you will need the right paint for the surface on which you are painting. With that you can paint anywhere, such as paper, wood, metal, glass, walls, plastic, fabric, and more. Second, you need the right stencil size. Available sizes are as follows:
- 8.5” x 11”
- 18” x 12”
- 24” x 18”
- 36” x 24”
- 48” x 32”
- 55” x 35”
So, get your stencil and your paint and get ready to express your North Carolina State pride the DIY way! All you need to do is secure the stencil flat to the surface and paint carefully to preserve the detail of the design. Then you can wash the stencil and tuck it away until the next time you or someone you know needs it.
