A few things we wish we'd known. 1. Do a thin dab of paint to start each stencil rose. Then go over it thinly until it's as dark as you'd like it to be. 2. Keep your stencil straight!! This will mess up everything if you don't. 3. Try to keep the stencil clean. A thin line of paint is nice because it helps stick the stencil to the wall but too much takes away from the detail. 4. A 13x10 wall took us 8 hours and almost a gallon of paint. 5. Be patient! It's alot of work but so pretty! Enjoy!!
